In the Team XD Variation of the 75 Hard Challenge, we’ve introduced an exciting group accountability system. Over 75 days, participants complete daily tasks, with our WhatsApp group adding an interactive twist through daily polls. This approach not only tracks progress but also fosters community and friendly competition.
Participants are required to create their own personal diet plan which they would follow daily.
The goal of this task is to encourage participants to make healthy food choices. The challenge promotes a diet that is high in nutrients and low in processed, unhealthy foods.
Participants are required to perform a 45min workout.
The goal of this task is to encourage participants to engage in regular physical activity and to build strength and endurance. The challenge requires participants to complete a daily exercise routine that includes cardiovascular exercise and strength training exercises.
Participants are required to drink a minimum of 2 litres of water daily.
The goal of this task is to improve hydration and overall health. It is also important to properly hydrate throughout the day, rather than trying to consume all liters at once.
Participants are required to take a personal progress picture daily.
The goal of this task is to document physical changes that may occur during the challenge. It is important to take the photos in the same lighting and position each time to accurately track progress.
Participants are required to read 10 pages or listen to 15 minutes from a non-fiction book every day for 75 days. The purpose of this task is to help you learn and grow, and to develop the habit of reading regularly
